I don’t think I can ever go back to eating dominos or Pizza Hut ever again. This pizza was so good I had to leave my first ever review! Wow for sure going to start getting my pizza here! Best decision I ever made ordering zalat!
This review started out to be a one star review to show how unhappy I was with the quality of the specialty pizza I ordered from the store on Independence in Plano. But after calling the location to let them know how disappointed I was the staff and GM immediately worked with me to resolve the problem and ensure I was satisfied. It's rare in today world to receive this level of care and concern about making the customer happy so it's only right that I turn this review into a 5 star to show my appreciation for the GM and staff at this location. I'll defiantly be ordering from them again.
We were there tonight and there was a little wait for seating. The manager was so helpful and did not wait long on food. Also I left my wallet in the restroom with a ton of cash in it and one of the workers returned it to me.
2 stars for this locating only. They get our order wrong about 50% of the time. They over cook the pizza often. And they are always late on the promise time.nnFrom now on, we will go to the Coit/Parker location.
Just ordered an elote pizza with pepperoni. Good pizza but they left it in the oven too long and charcoaled the whole crust of the pizza. Bottom is a little black as well. Sad, can't enjoy the whole pizza for the price you pay $$.
