Their teacher training program is extremely detailed and informative! Taylor and Heather provide you with all the tools you need to comfortably lead a successful kids yoga class to any age! I’m especially impressed with their ability to adapt their program because of the restrictions of Covid! I feel even better prepared because I am also learning how to teach virtually, should it become or still be necessary in the future! I would recommend this program to teachers and yoga teachers... really anyone who deals with children on a regular basis
I thoroughly enjoyed our time together with Heather as always! In fact, that's why I keep inviting her back year after year. She has such a sunny disposition and brings encouragement to all who attend, not to mention her knowledge base is clearly outstanding. My day was brighter, and I felt more capable of bringing that same relaxation, that's so important to our daily health routine, to others through the methods she taught.
I can't say enough good things about yogees yoga 4 kids! Heather and Taylor have put together a comprehensive training to set teachers up for success! Each module includes opportunities to work with kids and watch the trainers interact in an actual kids yoga class. They not only provide all of the content needed to know how to teach to kids but also make the training fun and interactive.
Every interaction I've had with Yogees has been amazing. The care and concern for their clients and kids is incredible. I can't recommend them enough! Definitely a great place. They also do after school classes at elementary schools - if you are interested in that, have your school's PTA check them out!!!
I really enjoyed Heather's training yesterday called Mindfulness for Children and Teachers. Everything she presents can by used for children and adults of all ages. I can't wait to teach my students Mindfulness! Thank you Heather; you are awesome!!
