I am not one to leave reviews but I have been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years now because I have always loved the employees that worked there and they have always been good to me. This specific location is an extra 2 miles out of my way, and I even pass another Walgreens on the way because I love how I am treated here. However, that wasn’t the case today. I called because the pharmacy refused to tell my doctors office what medications I had been taking and their doses, so I called them. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and spoke to 3 different people, all of which put me back on hold and all I wanted to know was what doses my medications were. I finally spoke with a woman named Rita Patel who was SO RUDE!!! I was appalled. I confirmed my information with her and asked for a list of the medication and their doses and she told me “no ma’am, i already spoke to your doctor” (which clearly she did not because they asked me to call the pharmacy) and kept telling me she wouldn’t tell me. I argued with this woman for nearly 5 minutes and she was rude, had an attitude and was very little help. I was very unhappy with the lack of professionalism and am very disappointed in this experience.

I want to recognize a member of your team. Beauty consultant Tracy. She went above and beyond for me and helped me find and taught me how to use the exact beauty products I needed in my shade and budget. She was so caring and understanding. This is why I'll always come to Walgreens for beauty products because of people like Tracy. I'm not a fan of big beauty store like Ulta and Sephora, so having the personalized service makes such a huge difference for me and now having to go through an overwhelming experience of malls and big beauty box stores. Worst pharmacy I have been to. Twice over the last couple of years my doctor has mistakenly sent my prescription to this location instead of the other Preston location in Plano. Both times I had an issue. Why have a drive up window if you have no one to work it. Waited more than 10 minutes to pick up one prescription at 1:00 in the afternoon. I had to wait till she was finished with everyone else on the inside. I don't blame her. Poor management.
