When a patient receives a new RX the Pharmacist is to counsel the patient which includes the drug name what the drug is for how to take the drug and go over the side effects and asks if you have questions. At this pharmacy they hand you the RX and ask if you have questions. This may work for a refill RX a patient has taken before but ,in Pharmacy school the pharmacist is trained to completely counsel their patients on their RX. I'm not sure why this Pharmacy does not do this. I would suggest Pharmacy Mangers in charge re-train the Pharmacist or ask them to refer to their notes from Pharmacy school. Poor service on such an important issue
Very Very poor service at this location. Requested them to ready my prescription fast, since I was suffering from severe Toothpain & it’s pain killers. They didn’t bother. Waited 2 hours in pain. Horrible!!
I think it’s a great place to work. Tulunda, Dayne, and Melisha and amazing people. I won’t forget to mention my rock star Co-workers!
