Did not have the experience some of the other customers have been having. Rented a vehicle the weekend of 3/12/21 for work and confirmed that I could get late charges waived if I returned it after closing on Sunday (location closes at noon Sundays). I got a car without A/C. Had to go to the Avis on 1330 N Central Expressway and exchange it. Got another car that veered left when you're driving straight. Returned that car and finally got upgraded to a full-size car that nothing was wrong with. After I returned the car I was charge an extra day. What a hellish experience.nnAs of 3/19 I've called every day AND even visited this location and the manager always seems to be gone and haven't gotten my billing corrected.
I love renting cars from this Avis location. I had been renting cars from Hertz and Enterprise in Plano near Plano Parkway before renting this Avis location.nnMaaz the manager was wonderful. He and the employees working there always treat me exceptionally well and offer me the cars I like.nnI rented a week of Chevy Malibu and two weeks of Kia Soul. I love cars.nnThe manager went above and beyond for customers. He managed my reservation very well while I would like to extend the rental for one more week and return the car to the airport. He waived a few minutes of late fees. No extra one way fees. The rates for a weekly rental are excellent and I truly recommend this location to everybody who is looking to rent a car.

Friendly staff, great management. They always go above and beyond and are understanding. I would rent from them even if their prices were higher than competition, but even better is the fact that their prices are the lowest. Best service and best prices.
