Lousy service. Received a luxury rental from another location. It had a slow leak in a tire. I came to this location to see what could be done. They could not repair the tire. They offered me an economy utility pickup truck They were saving their luxury vehicles for other people later in the day. They stated that I could check with them later and said if that is not good enough then I should try to resolve it with the location where I rented the car. Incredible

The staff members at this location are very courteous, welcoming and professional. They have a large inventory of vehicles available which is great if you need a rental last minute as I did.nMy rating stems solely from Enterprise's deposit requirement of $300 in addition to the rental price. Personally, I believe that is beyond excessive. (And that is a very kind description.)nEventhough it is refundable, the wait time to get it back can be up to 10 business days. I got mine 12 days after returning the vehicle. Based on this policy, Enterprise will be a last resort if I need to rent another vehicle.

I have been renting g consistently from them since August 2020 for work. Friendly, clean and professional service. Love the Plano location...I keep going back even though I have options to go to another location.

I just had an experience with the professional staff at this location. I would love to add the individuals name that helped me but I would butcher his name. They went above and beyond to help a stranger in a new area. Thank you for what your staff did and I will continue to only work with this company.

Montreal was amazing! Helped us every step of the way with our rental, and very personable and friendly. Even when we had a problem with the audio in the car after driving it off the lot, Jordan and Montreal went above and beyond to get us into a new vehicle without any hassle. 5 star customer service!!
