Terrible experience! I have rented cars all over the world and have never been worked over like this. Returned the rental on what should have been a great day as I was getting my own car out of the shop.nnOnly to have a young employee scrutinize the return with a fine tooth and claim hail damage in 2 spots - the hood and the roof. If you know anything about hail damage it typically is all over the car not in just 2 non existent spots. You can’t even see it in the pictures. She took pictures, I took pictures but all I was told is it has to go to corporate. Disgraceful.nnMind you this vehicle stayed inside a garage all week, due to covid there’s no where to go, and there was no hail anywhere in my city. And the car you rented me was full of cigarette smoke. I should have complained but figured I could bare it because I’d be getting my own car back soon. Ridiculous!

They were asking me for utility bills and my rental lease, gave them but still wanted more prove telling me it's a soft credit check. Never been asked this at other enterprise locations!!

Easy and fast pick-up, same for the drop-off. The Car was great, exactly what we needed. Overall a very smooth experience.

I loved the service, I had booked a standard car for 2 days but since at the time of pick-up that car wasn’t available they provided me with an upgrade at the same cost. Who wouldn’t like that kind of service. The condition of cars is also top notch, much appreciated enterprise for the efforts they put for hygiene and sanitation especially during the pandemic situations.

Parts were delayed (go figure) on my repair sonI called in she got me an extension and was pleasant every time, interaction
