Enterprise Rental Car has superb customer service, and they have been more than accommodating with my wreck. It has taken insurance 2 weeks to total my car, and I still don't have a new car. Facepalm!!! They helped me extend my rental multiple times, even now after insurance has quit paying for it. They are so understanding, and I will absolutely only use them from now on.
Ashley was very helpful at check out. I had dinged the truck and filed a claim through insurance. She helped me fill out the required report and even drive me back to the dealer where my car was being serviced.nnThey have a good selection of pick up trucks that really step up their game. In my case, I was upgraded to a truck because they are required to put anyone getting warranty work on a GM car in a GM rental. Driving the truck made me want to buy a truck next time I change vehicles.
I would give it zero stars if I could! I dropped off my car at Herbs for body repair and have been waiting for over 1.5 hours (and still counting) for my rental car. The Enterprise desk is staffed with one employee, who is also assigned to another nearby location (working two desks at the same time!!!). In the time I was here, he was able to help only one other customer ahead of me (1.5 to 2 hours cycle-time per customer is terrible!) What a waste of time and money? I'm never renting from a satellite location again!!
Have always had great customer service from Enterprise with a car ready immediately.
Great service, our truck broke down not too far from this place and the lady went and picked us up
