I don't know why this place got such bad reviews - my experience was great! I will definitely be coming back here! I was dropping the car off - the drop off was fast. After checking the car, the gentleman went back to check if we forgot any of our items inside. He also reminded us to fuel the car (which we completely forgot) bc otherwise we would be charged outrageous $10 per gallon. The gentleman answered all our questions and was extremely polite. Initially, he even came out of the building to greet us when he saw that we were heading toward direction of the office. In addition, the gentleman asked if we need help ordering a ride back to wherever we are supposed to go. Great, great, great place and people who work inside (especially this gentleman)! He deserves a raise!

I had an insurance claim, when in on 3/22/2021. they rented me black Malibu car. by time I got home the auto placed called and told me the part was on back order, I took the car back on full. spoke with Christopher Lausell in the office. told him I filled the car up back on full provided bank statement show I paid $4.87 at the gas pump. They charged my account $23.80. for gas. I had to dispute it with my bank. Don't Rent your car here. They will rip you off.

The team at the Plano office were very helpful in resolving my issues with receiving a car at another location. During a stressful time for me after a vehicle was damaged in recent wind storms, they really came through to get me on the road again. Thanks!

Customer service is pitifulnThe recording from the manager sets the tone for the remainder of the experience. Avoid this poorly run business and please report them to corporate so maybe we'll have a chance at better customer service in the future.

The management at this location is either incompetent, corrupt or both. They’re more than happy to take your money on the website with ZERO mention that there could be towing until you show up there with a car full of luggage and kids.nThe shopping center at this location is at is half VACANT, with empty storefronts and parking areas all around it. I parked in between two rental cars, and was towed on Christmas Eve. The management said they refuse to ask the center not to tow cars that are next to rental cars. The fee was$450.00.nIf a shopping insists on towing cars from a RENTAL AGENCY, MOVE THE LOCATION!!!! Are the managers getting a percentage of the towing fees as kickbacks?
