I ordered a book online from them. I paid extra for the 3-4 business day shipping. I did not receive my book. I called them and they explained that FedEx lost it and that they would ship it to me and I would have it in two days time. I was assured that I would have it multiple times within the two day time frame. I stressed that I was already behind and it was important that I have it by that date. They reassured me that I would have it. I did not get it by that date. I called and they informed me that it was not shipped out when they said it would be and would therefore not be there when I needed it to. I am going to fail my class because of two shipping mistakes that were made by this company after I paid them over $140 for a used textbook. I will never be purchasing from them again.
They are very friendly and though they don't have as big of a selection as off campus books next door, they can order it for you and these guys are much better people. Life happened and I was a day and a half late returning my rented books and stanza didn't blink an eye and happily took my books back with no fees, while off campus books had a $230 charge waiting for me....for a day and a half late. Because I argued with them they black listed me from renting with them again and were very rude. I am now an official stanza textbooks customer and I encourage you to be as well.
