We had a fantastic experience doing the sunset dolphin cruise. We originally booked for a Wednesday, but got called the day before to let us know they would be canceling due to high winds. We were moved to Friday, which worked out great since we had friends arriving Thursday. We were able to add guests, no problem. The crew was wonderful, fun, funny, and knowledgeable. Plenty of room on board - never felt crowded and had a great views at all times. We lucked out and had a gorgeous sunset after several days of clouds, and saw plenty of dolphins (and a pirate ship - oh, my!) Would highly recommend, though I admittedly can't speak to their other offerings. I will use them again when I return.
Best bay fishing experience I have ever had. Not much was biting so the captain decided to drive through schools of fish while his deck hands through lines out and they even stayed out a little later till everyone group on the boat caught a fish! I will go back again and recommend them to anybody.
My husband and I went on the Dolphin/Eco Tour and had a wonderful time. We saw a lot of dolphins and beautiful birds, and we loved hearing a little trivia and history of the area. The crew was friendly and worked hard to make it safe and enjoyable. There were kids on board that were so excited to see the dolphins and take selfies in the bow of the ship. This would be a fun activity for families, couples, or anyone who loves nature. Prices were great as well.
I never fill these reviews out but I feel like my experience was so bad that I need to share.nWe had a reservation for Thursday night, however as the time got closer, we realized it was not going to clear up. It was cloudy and hazy and there was no way of being able to see further than 5ft ahead of you. We could not see the sun for the sunset part of the cruise.nWe called up and asked if the cruise was going to be canceled and they said “nope, it’s not our fault”. Which I totally understand, but I mean why go on a sunset dolphin cruise when you can’t see the sunset? So I asked if we could be refunded and they said no, it has to be 24 hours before the appointment. At that point I kept our appointment and hung up so I could discuss it with everyone else. It was decided we would change the appointment to Saturday night. We all leave early on Sunday. So Friday comes around and we were told about a band playing at a different venue for Saturday night and we all wanted to do that instead.nI called back up the dolphin place and said I wanted to cancel out appointment and get the refund. The gentleman agreed.nNow we get home and I realized they charged me for the cruise when we canceled before 24 hours ahead of time. So I called and asked for the manager. He told me I have to pay still. He didn’t care that we canceled 24 hours ahead. Pablo even yelled and raised his voice at me! What happened to customer service? This is crazy!nnThis place was our ONLY bad experience that we have ever had on any vacation! I have never left a bad review but I think people need to know that if they have bad weather and can’t see the sunset you will still be charged. I feel taken advantage of.
We had a group of 30 enjoy the 8 hour fishing trip. The boat and tackle were in good condition but what made our experience so good was the great crew. They were pleasant and attentive to all our needs as well as being safety conscious. They were quick to help us with anything we needed. This was a good value and we will return.
