My husband and I had a really great time learning how to build castles with Andy. We scheduled a trip to Padre around being able to take this lesson because I have always loved sand sculpting on beach vacations. He exceeded my expectations. He is a fun and knowledgable instructor. My package came with my own tool kit to create on my own. I loved learning how to build the castles tall as well as the intricate details to bring the castle dimensions. Thanks Andy for a fun day!

My family had such a fun time building sand castles with Andy! He had everything set up and ready to go when we arrived and made the whole process fun and interesting. He did a great job involving the kids (ages 8 to 13) and they had a blast. He gave us a pack of custom sand tools and all the info needed to make our own sand castles/sculptures in the future. Definitely worth the money and highly recommend as one of the top things to do in SPI. Thanks Andy!

Who would have known that building a sandcastle in your 40’s would be something you’d want to do again and again?! 3 days ago, someone would think I was crazy to take lessons, but we are so thankful we did!nnFirst of all, Andy was brilliant! He has an outgoing, fun, enthusiastic personality and is a fantastic teacher. He made the process fun and easy. People walked by thinking we were artists, but we weren’t. He made us laugh and enjoy the process, which is very relaxing, by the way.nnThis was an excellent activity to do as a family. We worked together creating a family castle. I think we couldn’t believe what we did!nnEVERY PENNY you spend on this activity will be worth it! We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend learning to build a sandcastle with Andy!

This was really a wonderful experience! Our group was made up of 8 kids, ages 8-13, me and my adult daughter. Andy did a great job teaching us and involving everyone along the way. He has a great sense of humor and tons of entertaining stories. And our castle was amazing!

Although we didn't directly take lessons with Andy, we spent enough time on the beach to observe him and the way he works, as well as some very pleasant conversations with him. He is clearly very gifted and creative. His passion goes deeper than just a love for sandcastles, as he loves to pass on his love of science and social responsibility to ensure the health and future of beaches. He was exceptional at relating to our children, as well as being a very entertaining individual who is full of stories. Andy Hancock definitely doesn't do boring. ud83dude0a
