We had a miscommunication the first time, I left without a car. The second time the staff stated they would make sure I’m satisfied well, I was beyond being satisfied. Everyone was nice & helpful but Laura was the one who always assisted me even on the phone.

Originally booked a car through Enterprise to pick up at airport. Was not told until I tried to pick up the car that I couldn't use a debit card. Counter person was extremely rude and condescending. Ended up booking at a branch location rather than the airport. Excellent service from that person and they took a debit card. Need on policy and need to clearly explain policy.

I would like to point out the professionalism of Pablo Campos. This gentleman took serious heat from me. I previously had a long drawn out situation with the dealership. Obviously, I walked in under extreme circumstances due to the dealership being behind due to the pandemic.nnThe Manager, Pablo, explained all the company policies and procedures, but I still was not content and became more angry. The entire time he kept his cool for him and his staff and resolved the situation with prestige.nnThank you Pablo for the treatment and care.
