We were here 01/21-04/21. The staff and residents were so friendly and helpful, we felt right at home.nDuring the winter freeze of 2021, we were without power for 5 days, everyone pitched in and made sure all were ok.nnWe actually worked there cleaning the facilities, Walt and Sherry are great to work with. The resort is close to beaches, Mexico, may history points and flea markets, you will love ud83dudc95ud83dudc95 it there.
We stayed here while my husband worked in the area. It's a very nice property with very nice people. I would have given it 4 stars if the managers were nice people. Their management style is bullying and harassing people. If you avoid them, you will have a great stay.
Nice place, very well kept, nice workers. A bit too close to freeway for us but we were just visiting people on front row. Towards back would probably be quieter. Love all the orchid trees & trees in general!

A very friendly active RV park. Nice clean pool and spa. There are a lot of repeat Winter Texans from across the country that come back each year. They welcome new guest with open arms and a friendly smile. This is our 3rd year. Increasing our time each year. Highly recommend.....
