I’d say 0 stars i don’t leave bad reviews never! But this really got to me. My dad had a package that had to be delivered yesterday it was mind you it was 1 day express and if it wasn’t for my dad that called them they would have not delivered it. They asked him what was his name so they could look it up and told him that he had to pick it up before they closed ( my dad was working). The lady then proceeded to ask what was the address She already knew what the package was The package had the address on it !!!nWe literally live 5 minutes away and they did not want to delivered it. But a lady still came and delivered.
They refused to deliver a package to me. I called to ask why it was marked as undeliverable and they told me my house, that I own and live in, is vacant and they REFUSE to deliver. Even better, they told me that if I wanted my package I had better come get it the same day before they close or it would be returned to sender the very next morning. Zero concern at all. They say rural residents rely on USPS, but me, I can only order through UPS or Amazon delivery who I never have issues with!
The customer service here is absolutely amazing! I just finished up a call with a woman who goes by the name of Miss.Jay, and she was the sweetest lady. She went out of her way to accommodate me and made sure my package would get delivered to me. If i could give 10 stars i would!
Everyone please go to the Usps website and scroll at the very bottom and select “Feedback” to leave a complaint for this facility!! These problems need better attention, and the best way to do it is to go to the Usps site and do that!!nnThis post deserves no stars if it was possible. They have the laziest and unprofessional employees. Manager/supervisor will not try to resolve any issues.nn4 times I’ve had to pick up my own packages and certified mails. They said they had attempted delivery yet I never received any receipt of delivery in my mailbox or on the door. So because they are lazy to do their job of delivering, they simply make it look as if they delivered it (in tracking system), in reality it never left their post.nnEvery time I’ve had to go in there on a weekend, they look as if they are at home in gym clothes. No professional attire. That place is a dump.nnThey either need to clean out this place and replace all employees, including all higher ups or shut the place down. It’s doing a disservice to this part of the city.
Ive been there many times and all my packages have been successful every time, everyone there has been nice.
