The dine in isn't open back up yet. The food was good except for the egg rolls. They where full of grease. Friendly service.

Been a loyal customer since Bamboo Wok opened. Their food is consistently good and their service is wonderful. Food is always ready when they promise.

We were looking for Chinese as that is what my wife wanted. Unfortunately it was pretty late so the places in Alvin were closed due to covid. We used Google to show us places that were close and this one came up. It's a ways down the road but we thought it would be worth it so I called them to make sure that they were open and that we could come eat there. When we got there they had a big sign on the door that said they did pick up only which was a disappointment as we had hoped to sit down. I called them again and the lady brought a menu out for us. My wife asked for three different items she felt hungry for but they didn't do any of them anymore. She settled for one and I took a suggestion that the lady gave me. The lady brought out the food fairly quickly. It was a lot more expensive then I felt it should have been. But we got home and sit down to eat and the food was very good except the broccoli was not really cooked it was very hard to eat. The egg rolls we're good but small.

Just ordered my food from there, found three long black hairs in my food. I couldn’t bear to try to see if there was more it made me so sick to my stomach. Recommend wearing hair nets when around food...this was after our order was wrong however it was corrected once I noticed it before leaving the restaurant

First time eating from here. I ordered over the phone, guy took my order. I get there and my total is $43 (I’m aware Chinese food can be expensive) but I asked why so expensive and she explains that they charged me from the “single side” and not the family side. So they charged for sides separately. I told her next time have the person over the phone ask those questions before just charging for those things and so we know their is more than one option. I didn’t need to look at the menu Bc we already knew what we wanted. Worst part is the food wasn’t even good!
