I can’t not express how wonderful the staff is! Our kitten was terribly injured and they stayed completely calm and understood every emotion I was going through. They examined our kitten so fast and gave him amazing care! No words can describe how grateful I am for this place! Amazing job guys!
Went during urgent care hours for my sweet cat, Tyson. They were amazing from the moment I called. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable throughout the day and my cat returned to me happier than ever until I had to give the medications of course! I am so grateful that they were able to take him right in and help him, the difference in waiting could have cost his life!
Was fast, way cheaper than I thought it would be. Very happy they where very knowledgeable and had an answer for me in under 30min. Amazing
My partner and I took in our domestic shorthair, Penny, after it appeared she had eaten a length of fishing line and an attached sinker. Within minutes of arriving, two very sweet and professional staff members came outside (due to COVID procedures) to gather information and take Penny in for her examination (they also commented on how incredibly cute she is, always a plus as any pet parent knows ud83dude09). We waited only about 45 minutes before the vet called to update us. She was equally kind and professional and did a phenomenal job informing us of the situation in a comprehensive and compassionate way. Our entire experience here was great; everyone we spoke to was kind, professional and expedient. We highly recommend this facility next time your pet is in need of medical care!
Brought my dog here charged me 1800 to send me to tufts glad they did that's why they get 1 star. Tufts saved his life. While I was there I saw 2 separate people leave without their animals sobing uncontrollably. While at tufts heard a horrific story from someone that I worked with he blamed them for losing his dog from their incompetence. So all in all if there is something really wrong with your animal do not bring it there go to Tufts. Or you will just be paying double the money. Good luck and God bless
