I went to the mail office a few minutes ago the person who attended me Very RUDE She practically throw things to me, when asks a question it bothered her so young and bitter.
Pros: Friendly customer service.nCons: I mailed my tax return in Feburary. As of April, the USPS tracking number shows stuck in a warehouse. After I called and reported it, the tracking number now shows that it was never picked up. I'll be using a different service after this.
Costumer service definitely not the best.
Been here several times and it's one of my favorite post offices. There are normally two women who work here and they always have smiles on their faces and work efficiently. When I say there is never a line there is practically never a line. The longest I have seen was three people. My items are scanned that day.
