I came straight from a hiring agency and did a walk in. The women in the front desk were really quick with signing people in and filling out paperwork. I was was able to get seen and leave within a reasonable amount of time. 5 stars for customer service and efficiency!

Always a friendly atmosphere everytime. I’ve been coming here since 2015, the staff is amazing. From Dot Drug screens to a Dot physical. Easy in an out. You have the choice of a hard copy or an online print off. Best Concentra In San Antonio to me.

I had to get some shots for work and everything was quick and easy thanks to Katie's professionalism. I was so lost in her eyes that the shots didn't even bother me. 10/10 would recommend.

Very professional staff, even the lady up front made a joke about a comment I had made. The girl who actually took me back and administered my UA was nice and very pretty! Wish I would've got her number but oh well, all in all, great experience ud83dudc4d

First of all I want to congratula Therapist V Oliva PT for an outstanding job.nShe has worked with me sense September 2020 when I got injured at work by a 400 pounds patient , leaving me to need surgery to repair my left Rotator Cuff. I had 3 torn tendons , which hasn’t been fun. I had surgery on December 10, 2021.nV Oliva PT always encourages me when I feel this process in recovery is frustrating. I have come a long ways but I give her all the credit for guiding me on what exercises I need to continue doing at home.nShe is limited to 1 hour for each patient to guide us so it’s really up to us the patients to follow her expert advice and follow through on working at home doing the exercises so we can recover faster.nIf we do not follow her recommendations then our recovery process will not be successful and it will also take longer or we will not recover periods.nShe gives us tools as well that we can work at home with and show’s us how to do the exercises as well.nIf we do then wrong she corrects us for our own good.nnI read a Past post of a person with very negative remarks about V Oliva Pt which were out of place in my opinion.nThat person sounded to me as if they had anger issues or problems following directions.nV Oliva PT cannot do the exercises for us we as patients have to want to recover work hard.nIts not easy but NOT IMPOSSIBLE either.nnI’m sure by now V Oliva has seen many, many patients with every single injury in the book and has helped a lot of patients recover me including..nI don’t know how much she get paid but I absolutely don’t think she gets paid enough to be by her self clean The are where a previous patient has worked on and receive another patient and so and so forth all day long. She doesn’t get help keep in mind she sees patients all day every hour sometimes every 2 patients at a time and still has to do her documentation fir every single patient she sees.nIn my opinion she does a remarkable job but if she has a helper she would have a less stressful day as well.nZoila Tapia.
