Waited on hold 12min to talk to anyone from the pharmacy but instead of picking up the phone they decided to have another employee from the store in a completely different department discuss my issue with me. Very unprofessional. And my questions were prescription related

The lady pharmacist who works the night shift doesn't know anything! She is not qualified to work in there, any question you have she wants people to call Poison Control. She is clueless about everything, call another pharmacy.

24 Hour Pharmacy - I work 2 and 3 shift hours and I depend on a 24 hour pharmacy. I was closest to this one and decided to use it. Never again, Not only did the pharmacist tell me he couldn't fill it, he asked why I needed it at 6-am? I cannot even explain how upset I currently am. 7-13-2018.
