CVS Pharmacy

Minute clinic here is terrible. Went to get my ears flushed from build up. Was told to splash water in my ear in the shower to clean it out. Went to my regular pcp and was found have 80 percent build up in ear. And was removed properly. If you do not want to work stay home!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service. They can not apply manufacturer couple correctly to save their life. Most businesses on Fm 78 have terrible customer service. Please don’t use this pharmacy to fill your prescriptions.

Today my wife was released from the hospital and was given some prescriptions to be filled. She dropped it off at this same store that we have been going to for years. This Dr. that wrote the prescriptions is surely in the system because she has written prescriptions many times in the past. On this particular day this pharmacist Anastasia Kravchenko told my husband that no one in this world is going to get her to fill this because the prescriptions look like they were not authentic. When asked what is my wife going to do over the weekend for pain she in turn says again that there is no one in the world is going to get her to to fill it. She confirmed that my wife would have to stay in pain until Mon. until the prescriptions are verified. Mind you that these are the same prescriptions that have been filled before. I feel if she would have done her job and looked on her computer to confirm that the Dr's are the same and the prescriptions are the same as well as signitures, so my wife would not have to sit over the weekend in pain. How would my preferred pharmacy hire a pharmacist that is rude, inconsiderate, insensitive, dismissive to the health or well being of others who come to CVS to have their prescriptions filled. I will stop bringing my business to CVS and all those that I come into contact with about the how CVS pharmacist's treat their a valued customers.

The worst place to get your prescription. Even when you call they put you on hold and say there is only 1 person ahead of you then dont answer for over an hour will be calling corporate.

Very rude pharmacist the ugliest person ever I have ever dealt with I'm trying to get my meds since Friday they told me they would call me and then had a problem never called they told me they would call me when my meds were in never called! yes I believe everybody else's reviews they are the worst ever, you could die by the time you get them..
