You know what is hilarious? Their voice mail message system telling people NOT TO COME TO THE COURTHOUSE then their clerk makes you come back twice over a document stamp that could be done in 5 second but because they live out of our tax pay money; they can do it. And do not hope to go to the window and have a Paralegal; nobody whatsoever had a degree, training or mental capabilities to be useful and worth their salary
Trying to Pay a speeding ticket. Their online payment system wont allow me to make a payment. "Error processing credit card payment - Exception getting guid from secure pay - Exception posting the payment, a transaction is already pending and duplicate payments are not allowed." So had to do some working around to figure it out over the phone with them. Between talking to a clerk, supervisor, cashier who couldnt do her job and made me wait 30 more minutes for the other cashier to get off her break and make a phone payment that HAD TO BE APPROVED by their supervisor, It took 6 hours to do.
All the money they make giving out traffic tickets and fines, You'd think they'd have proper working systems and easier methods for payment if theyre going to steal your money with over priced fines.
Why are employees required to work from home on fridays if they can’t help you with anything at all. 0 stars, but it is west valley after all so don’t expect much.
Sad excuse for "justice".
This place is not for the people all the workers here are disrespectful and not experienced or qualified for their positions.
