I will be filing multiple complaints to any agency I find against Commissioner Sagers for her conduct in the handling of my case.
My words fall on deaf ears where it matters most.
I am leaving a public review to my peers that the struggle is REAL and this court is CORRUPT!
Do not stand idly by while our government blatantly disregards your rights. You have a voice and are not alone.
The 3rd District court of Utah's processes are out of control and NEED to be investigated desperately!
If you have been unjustly treated, I urge you to visit the Administrative Office of the Courts or write directly to the ACTUAL Judge.

I am sorry to report that this court is by far one of the least professional courts in the entire United States. The legitimacy of secular legislation depends whether the State can advance some justification for its law beyond its conformity to personal beliefs. They use their own personal opinions, without justification beyond personal conviction, too impose harsh sentencing. Clean up your act, Utah. This beautiful court house has become a tax payer funded blemish on your beautiful land.
Commissioner Joanna Sagers is a poor representation of the people she holds office for.
Her professional conduct is shameful.
