I've been here many times for my divorce. The personnel that I have interacted with while there has been very nice and helpful.
The automated phone system is infuriatingly slow and packed with unnecessary details. They need to streamline it, its absolutely ridiculous.
Finding the option to speak to a clerk is like navigating a maze.
Otherwise, the customer service provided is decent. They will help you, though will not go the extra mile or out of their way to help. 5/10
Unable to contact a human regarding a jury duty date issue. Recorded messages do not resolve my question. Need a physical representative for questions unfulfilled by recordings, like the other districts do. Why?
Employees are professional, facility is clean & tidy and the building is easily navigable.
Unfortunately the building design makes it difficult for wheelchair-bound folks to enter the front door, as the ramp is too steep to self-propel. Other than that, experience has been positive.
Not all clerks are rude and evil but the gray hair lady was more than evil. She doesn’t know anything about child support and she’s rude. Why they hired rude and ignorant people like her. I have a paralegal degree so I don’t need expensive attorneys to help me fill out papers that I already knew how. She gave me a look and told me to go and study at the law library when I’m ready to file. I said the reason I’m here is to file my papers I already filed out and the only thing you have to do, is to stamp and file so the judge can sign that’s it. I didn’t ask for your option old lady. Do they think when they work in the court house they assume the know everything? Maybe you’re rude to people because your wages is not enough to buy a smiling face? Don’t assume that you know all people they come to your window because some foreigners are a lot smarter than you, working for only $12 an hour. Ugly people have ugly attitude.
