I’m giving this CVS 5 stars ONLY for the guy cashier -Alex!! He was so pleasant AND he reminded me of my monthly CARE coupon which helped me out TREMENDOUSLY!nBut......nI initially started at the PHARMACY, stood under the CONSULTATION sign! With a PRIVATE question!! Do you know what that PHARMACIST saidud83dude33ud83dude33Do YOU have a question? Ugghhh now I feel like the SPOT light is on me with this MOnistat in my handud83dude33ud83dude24...I quietly walked away! Pharmacists if you ever see a customer under the sign consultation!!! Just f^%#ckinG say>>>>>>>> I’ll BE RIGHT WITH YOU! HIPPA!

I have been trying for 3 days to get my RX refill picked up with the worst possible customer service and extremely long wait times before you even get to tell a worker what you're there for. Today was the last straw spent over a hour in the drive thru waiting to even speak to someone and was able to call HEB pharmacy and have my prescription filled there in about 5 min. CVS is HORRIBLE.

This PHARMACY would be very nice if they could keep their staff for more than a month. The corporate office needs to put more money into this store .nThe coolers need maintenance ASAP and the store has a terrible smell.nThree years ago, they hadna horrible pharmacy manager, I had to make a complaint about him. I would not go back until he was gone.nThen they cleaned house. All new staff members that were very professional and courteous.

Scheduled a flu shot online. Entered my insurance website site showed covered with no co pay. Called CVS on my way they said no copay. I am there 30 minutes, they told me not covered. Tried HEB with same insurance card. In and out in less than 10 mins with appointment and no copay.

They always take way too long to even get you at the window. Testing for covid takes 10 min just to get your name and info. Not enough employees working there.
