I used priceline to rent vehicle and was given several options on which car rental service I would use. I called Hertz, Enterprise & Avis. That call made the determination that I would use Avis because of the individual that answered the phone. I couldn't imagine having to deal with similar individuals that answered those other calls. The gentleman that answered for Avis at location I would pick up from was really nice and helpful. When I got there, he was exactly the same as he was on phone.Thank you so much.

It was very easy to reserve & the car was ready when I arrived. Even the check in when I returned the car was easy & didn't take any time at all. The gentleman at the location that I rented from is always so pleasant & helpful. If I have any questions he is able to answer them completely. This is my go to place when I need to rent a vehicle.
We reserved a vehicle we went to pick up I had no problems. I was in and out of there in no time. The rates were great and affordable.
Car I reserved online wasn't available, but still was able to get another. Staff was friendly, informative, and fast! Return process was even faster. Best prices for what we needed. We will definitely use AVIS again should we need to.
