I don’t know where to begin! We are so incredibly grateful to have had the privilege of Jennifer being my midwife for our first home birth. There’s so much to appreciate about her. Her knowledge, calm confidence, respect for me, her great instincts, her personable care (I never felt rushed at appointments and she always took time to answer my questions and listen to my desires). This is the first time that I ever experienced true informed consent. She informed me about EVERYTHING that would be done and was respectful of my decision to consent or not. I always left my prenatal appointments very comfortable and enjoyed each and every one of them!nnBut another thing that I REALLY appreciated is her trust in the wisdom of a women’s body to grow and birth a baby. That mindset gave me a lot of peace and confidence through labor and delivery knowing that my body knows what to do.nnShe will always have a special place in our hearts! ud83eudd70

Jennifer is the best!! She has a wonderful balance of the natural approach with medical knowledge. She always made me feel safe and cared for and gave us all the info we needed to make the best decision for us and our situation. She was a huge part of my dream homebirth and feel so grateful for knowing her!!

Jennifer is an incredible midwife! As a birth doula, I've seen firsthand how the birth team you choose can affect your baby's birth and your experience. After calling several local midwives, I realized that Jennifer and I had connected best from the start. She genuinely cares about the women she serves. She was there every step of the way during pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. She is a treasure trove of knowledge. Her business is organized and well-run.nnShe puts so much thought into the little details and is willing to take the time to truly listen and answer your questions. I was very grateful to have her as our midwife. She is open, honest, experienced, and everything else you could possibly look for in a midwife.

So incredibly happy and thankful that Jennifer was with us for our home birth. It was our third child. We had two hospital births before and changed to a home birth midway through our pregnancy. She was kind enough to fit us into her schedule and every experience with her was fantastic. Her presence is comforting and we really appreciate how responsive she is. She had very helpful answers for all of our questions. I (the husband) was very hesitant choosing the home birth route. She was patient with my crazy questions and she helped me feel great about our decision. We will go back to her if we end up pregnant again. We recommend her to friends and family. It's clear that she is so good at her craft and loves her job. We cannot thank her enough for everything she does! 5+ stars over and over!

I am so thankful Jennifer was my midwife for my second home birth! I’m actually sad our prenatal meetings our over because she feels like a sweet friend now! Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable, I often had many questions during our visits. She is encouraging to the laboring mom and calm and confident under pressure. Something I definitely look for in a midwife! I love that she seeks a natural route in the birthing process but also talks through alternatives for different situations that might arise so you have options in your decision making process. During contractions, Jennifer’s peaceful encouragement helped me tremendously. I never felt uncertain with her by our family’s side through the entire birthing day. I seriously cannot praise Jennifer enough and can’t wait to call her for future pregnancies! Sincerely, Heather
