Stone Oak Therapy Services & Learning Institute is a full service therapy office with dozens of therapists. They offer speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and more. There is a gym and a therapy pool on the premises. The therapists are hardworking and devoted. The office can be a little hard to find the first time, because it’s entrance is at the back of an office complex.

My child really thrives here. His therapists were patient and really helpful. They helped with my boys speech issues and his occupational therapy helped him succeed in school. Great staff

I enrolled my daughter when she was 3 years old and we were just starting our Autism journey. She was at a 10 month old level at 3 years old. My daughter is now 6 years old and she has progressed so much! She went from non verbal to communicating in age appropriate sentences, she is potty trained, she has learned to try new foods, and she loves learning.nnThe staff really love the children and I felt they had her best interest at heart and she was safe in their care.

I have tried a few other places for PT/OT for my daughter since we moved here, this one is definitely the best. I'm done looking for a clinic to go to, we're going to stick with this one.

Waited and waited for staff to call back. We were approved by insurance and we have BCBS FEDERAL and Tricare. Then they said they were full and didn't have PT or OT available. Several weeks later they called and had a limited opening. We were already enrolled with another company or Learning center.
