Came in for a 6 month heartworm shot. When my dog was returned and j looked closely at bill, I was informed I was charged for an exam. An exam I was not informed of, nor did I give my consent for.nUpon inquiry I was told, oh well we require a exam every 6 months. NEVER had I been told that. We have been coming here 3+ years.nI had specifically inquired about the cost of my cost of my visit when I made the apt, so you can understand the frustration. Then to find out there is also a shot for 12 months, how convenient to leave that out that info at the last appointment.n**Watch your receipt, be warned**nHad been coming due to easy location, it's not been a favorite lately. Seems like customer service has bombed and it's all about the money. Next year we will go somewhere else. Never even seen the same person for very long there either, go figure.

We love Towne North Anima Hospital! We have been bringing all 4 of our pets here for the past 7 years. Professional and quality service. Paw plans are definitely worth it! Love all the staff and quickness of curbside service.

Towne North is great. The vets and staff are professional, compassionate, and go the extra mile. We have trusted them with our own dogs for the last 20 years as well as the guide dogs who go on to become the eyes for Texans who are blind with Guide Dogs of Texas. If you’re looking for a vet, Ed and I highly recommend them.

This is the most caring veterinarian clinic/hospital that I have ever worked with. I had to euthanize my fur baby, and the staff and the doctors were phenomenal through the entire process. The procedure was humane and afterwards I felt that I had done my very best for my sweet baby girl. Naturally, I was extremely heartbroken, and the staff demonstrated care for me, as well. A couple of weeks afterwards, I received a card in the mail with hand written messages from every staff member expressing sympathy for my loss. It is something that made a difference in my life. I am so thankful and so grateful for the doctors and staff of this clinic. I will be a forever client!nIf you are reading my review because you are looking for the best place for your pets, you have found a great place that I wholeheartedly recommend!

Extremely reliable and very professional doctors and staff. Friendly and compassionate. Have been there for my pets during emergency illness and helped with parting with others.
