I always use this pharmacy. Everyone here is friendly kind and attentive to the needs for the customer. There's only one employee here who makes things rather difficult. I can't remember here name but the African American woman (rose I think? I'm unsure)is not well versed or well informed when asking for personal info. Other than that the staff is amazing. I am thankful for there services especially during this time of covid-19.

I seriously love this pharmacy so much! They’ve been so phenomenal. Today when my medicine wasn’t going to be ready, they (Toni) called and was super apologetic, even though I wasn’t expecting it until tomorrow anyway! She was so sweet, and beyond helpful!!

This pharmacy is the best!!!! My little one has been getting medication for a long time now, and Oakdell pharmacy in the Stone Oak area has been wonderful! They have great customer service, friendly, attentive, good communication, I’m running out of positive adjectives. I live all the way across town, but their service at this location has no parallel, that’s why I don’t mind the drive.

They have medical supplies normal pharmacies don't have like for would dressing etc. I appreciate the kindness of everyone there especially bc I'm sure most the people going there don't feel good LOL. Everyone is helpful and kind. Which is appreciated.

Customer service was beyond unacceptable. The pharmacy tech literally rolled her eyes at me when I answered her question. Have never been treated so poorly. Its sad that you cant support small businesses because people like this ruin it for you. Highly recommend you go elsewhere. Also they indicate they are cheapest in town when you can find more afforable elsewhere
