I really enjoyed going to this park. The trails are long, well laid out and clean. The reason why I give it 4 stars is because there are no signs posted regarding what areas of the park will be closed or open, such as days or times of operation to certain areas of the park. Nothing is posted online as well.nnOther than that love the trails, pathways and deers walking by.
We absolutely love McA for mountain biking or just a nice walk in the “woods.” We see trail runners, path runners, families, and of course other mtbs!
Nice long shaded trails. If you go early you're going to see deer, bring bread they might even eat from you hand. Careful they, there's a couple with no fear and have no issues getting a close up sniff.
Has a small workout station and great trails that connect to dog park area.
It is a large public park in North Austin, has a lot of multi-use trails with good features for mountain bikes.nI recommend starting out on log loops going downhill to powerline loop to tangle of the trails.
