Dr. McMains has been my our pediatrician for 24 years. She is the best! Is the wait time long, sometimes, that is because she takes the time to get to know her patients. This is not a HMO 5 minute with the doctor assembly line type medical office. In 24 years I have seen front office staff come and go, as is typical, some better than others, but the MAs, Darlene and Janette (sp?), are the best. I guess if you want a pediatrician who gets to know and cares about her patients, Dr. Diane McMains is the best!
