It depends on who you talk to as to whether you will get good service or not. We have used their delivery service twice, the first time it worked the second time, it did not. they failed to deliver over a holiday weekend.

I’m so tired of coming this pharmacy and the employees making me feel belittled. I’m not the specialist so if I don’t understand or ask questions they should answer appropriately. I have had problems with this pharmacy since I switched from Walgreens. They can never have my medications ready on time or they run out or they are having problems running it through the insurance. ALWAYS SOMETHING! Aside from the snarky facial expression I received today from the employee they have also been rude. I’m definitely switching. I’m done with this pharmacy. It’s been a year and I’ve had enough. I’ll drive further for better service!

This pharmacy opens too late. Walgreens and CVS open at 8am. HEB pharmacy opens at 9am or 10am. The staff is gloomy, and at times, dismissive. There is usually also a wait. I'm switching to CVS, less of a hassle, better hours, better service. I'm okay with the extra couple minutes of drive time if I can pick up as early as 8am.
