Do not rent from this place! They like to accuse you of damages 9 years after you have turned in a vehicle, this happened to my mother and because of the accusation of this I can not rent a vehicle. Everyone I talk to gives me the run around no one can give a straight answer as to the “damages” when you return a car they sign off on paperwork for clearance so now out of 9 years something comes up. It’s odd and sounds alike an extortion. Go somewhere else keep your rental papers even if it’s been 9 years going on 10.

The only reason I used a rental was because some kid totaled my vehicle. Enterprise called me yesterday to see if I were going to pick up a vehicle today (08/15/19). They asked what time I was going to pick it up and told them it would be any time after noon. The representative reiterated that I was going to stop by anytime after noon, and I said yes. I get there today past noon and the female representative that was working today stated that my vehicle was no longer there because I didn’t make it in by noon. I told her that I had stated that I was stopping by after noon not at noon. Instead of giving my vehicle away they should’ve called to ask if I were still going. They had my number and what’s the point of having a reservation if they’re giving vehicles away? I had to go up 281 to go to another enterprise. They tried to accommodate me by using their van, but that’s about it. Which I didn’t even use. This already is a stressful time for me considering that my car is totaled, and they were very aware. When I went to the other Enterprise the representative was asking about my accident without me mentioning anything, so that tells me they already knew about my situation. I hope y’all have a little more respect for your clients and are empathetic towards their situations.

I love the company as a whole, and the location at the HEB shopping center at 281 and Evans is above and beyond the best! The staff is fast, friendly, and wonderful at their job. They are accommodating, even though usually it is my mistakes that they are fixing. I recommend them to everyone, and I bring all of my family and friends there when they have a need for a rental.
