I normally love going here but i needed to rant and come on here and rate this store! Every time i have gone they have opened at normal times, i go today and they were open before 10! Google, Maps and their hours on their door all say 10, so how is it i go and they are open before 10! So i call and one of the ladies said they just decided to open early today! Im so upset what is the point of hours if you can’t follow them.
A great store with an awesome selection of high quality toys and activities. The staff is very polite and friendly, and I love that they offer gift wrapping.
I love how they had so many fidgets! The staff are super kind and are very helpful!
Called the other day to get a squishmallow shipped was told to call the next day to pay and have it shipped out. Was told that they were not shipping in order to serve local customers. Wish they would fulfill the one phone order and then change policy. Very unprofessional to tell a customer they will be receiving a product and then switch what was told.
Great selection of products. Definitely recommend this store for the whole family.
