By far the worst car rental company out there. The app is flawed and you will spend most of the time locked out of the car or stranded. Using this service is like using your money as kindling. Do yourself a favor and do not use carsnow! Well they sure can make up a story to cover up their lousy service! First of all the app crashed so we couldn't start the car and even the kid that showed up to drive it away who worked for the company couldn't get the app to work. This just goes to show what I'm talking about when I say it's a terrible company and terrible customer service because they will make up lies to cover their inadequate service
If you're even one minute late they will lock you out of the vehicle no matter where you are and you may be forced to walk. Use a legitimate company and avoid the huge headaches involved with this company!
If you're looking for the worst car rental place available, then this is the place for you. Stay away at all cost!
