Saturday hours make this location the most convenient for me to use. I have had to go the last two weeks in a row and both Tim and Jen were very personable and efficient with getting me in and out quickly.
Very helpful staff at this location, especially Tim. Would recommend this facility to others.
Rude woman at the counter, unintelligible man on the phone, and NO GOOD MAIL CARRIER! I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY MAIL IN OVER A WEEK! EVER SINCE I FILED A COMPLAINT ON MY MAIL MAN! NOW I HAVE NO MAIL! I am signed up for informed delivery and i know that i am expecting certain mail pieces and I know what to expect that day, it is never 'off' by more than a day, but here I AM OVER A WEEK AND NO MAIL AND HE SPEEDS RIGHT PAST MY HOUSE !!!!!nPOS OBSOLETE MAIL SERVICE WITH POS EMPLOYEES/CARRIERS!!!!
Had issue of carrier not closing mailbox door on several occasions. Called and spoke to supervisor. Very courteous and said problem would be fixed. Months later same carrier who never closes mail box door drives away in mail truck and mangled mailbox door. Keeps going and doesn’t look back. Submit online to formal complaints and they go unanswered. Call during business hours to have some who told me she was a supervisor would bring it to her higher, that never happened. Then got our Belton City Manager to get involved and. Someone finally contacts me.nnReceived nothing more than an email explaining nothing could be done as the supervisor is unable to determine who delivers mail to my address. Mail box lid closing policy and a couple questions for me. Of course I replied with all he ask for but no communication in return.
Every time its raining my mail man thinks he to good to walk 10 feet to the mail box. I run a business and have packages coming that are essential to the job and I can't get them. Now I understand why no one really wants to us the postal service.
