Generally great service, all 3 of the pharmacists I've dealt with are knowledgeable and kind, the assistants do a great job as well, special spotlight on Brittany & Anna, but everyone else has been, at a minimum, friendly and efficient. Also prices are competitive, and they'll do the legwork with your insurance company if there's anything except a major dispute. Never thought I'd feel compelled to write a glowing review about a pharmacy, but, here we are.

We're supposed to refill meds but never did and some clerks were very rude about needing insurance cards would not come if husband had not put his meds here I've had it with them

HEB is an EXCELLENT grocery store....customer service is top rated...100% guarantee is their main focus! Love the variety and the prices!! You can't go wrong shopping at HEB! :-)
