Visit was completed in a super timely manner! Staff was Wonderful! Donna is amazing and treated my daughter with compassion and kindness! Answered all questions thoroughly and never hesitated to address all our concerns! Facility was super clean and sanitized definitely made us feel welcomed, better than some doctors offices honestly! I will definitely take my child back there ud83dudcaf if ever needed! Thank you face paced urgent care for caring for my child

2 stars for the nice lady who works at the front desk. But I don't understand why a new place would open without hardly any staff members working. There was 1 front desk receptionist and 1 nurse practitioner working. There was a total of 5 people waiting there when I arrived. Ugh!nI also found out that this specific company was going to charge me $75 for a covid test; where every where else I've been it was $25 (which is my normal co pay for my insurance). After waiting 2 hours, the front receptionist decided to check me in and told me this. I left and went to check to AFC Urgent Care in Hixson and they said insurance would cover my covid test. Glad I went there! No money out of my pocket.

10.... Very nice and awesome customer service ...... I really enjoyed these people .... I know that this time of year is very stressful... But they are amazing and they are handling their stress very well ... I appreciate all 3 of the ladies that was there and i hope they all enjoy their Christmas !!! Thank you for being awesome !!!!!

Great place to go if you want to wait over an hour for anyone to help...a boy ahead of us had been waiting for over 3 hours for a covid test...and another person walked out..definitely should have been a signnThey are pushy on tests, would not share vitals without asking,very rude,you ask a question and they get an attitude...was trying to avoid going to a primary in Chattanooga but I would recommend going anywhere but here
