I hesitated to call this company because of the poor reviews, however I have now used them twice and their communication has been good, they have returned my calls and shown up within 30 minutes of being scheduled. We are pleased with their service.

We have used them several times for our events and NEVER had an issue. If a problem they came immediately.

I had reserved 2 portable toilets and a handwash station months in advance for a wedding and I called a week before the event to follow up and there was no record for the rental and all event portable toilets had been rented.

Watched the delivery driver take some trash out of the toilet and throw it in my field. When I asked him why he did that he looked surprised and told me I did not have to put it in there. I had no idea it was in there and I had a trash can sitting next to his trailer he could have simply put it in there.

Worst service I have ever seen!!! Don't count on them to ever empty the port a potty; been a month on the job since ours was emptied!!
