John Blankenship came out but did not fix the issue i was having. Called him again and was promised that he would come back out the following Friday. Never heard from him. I kept calling & calling and got NO answer! I paid $125 for absolutely nothing! I understand being busy and getting swamped with other customers but communication is key! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Would NOT recommend.

Mr. Blankenship got to us before anyone else could and did a great job! We needed our septic tank fixed and all the companies I called that I could think of were backed up for a month and then thank the lord I stumbled on Mr. Blankenship's business and he got to us the next day!
