Car totaled in accident had to return rental car. So have to depend on someone else to get to physical therapy. I arrived and waited for 5 minutes and was told I didn't have appointment. I had a appointment, but was cancelled for no good reason and had to reschedule. I received no phone call or message and not only wasted my time but the person who is bringing me to appointments.

I've enjoyed going to HG TOC. I'm glad I picked this office because everyone is nice & helpful. Very clean & equipment is up to date.

Everyone is friendly and explains things really well. They always ask me how I am feeling and my pain level. They always clean everything after someone uses it. Everyone that works there is wearing a mask. I feel safe.

Lauren was very knowledgeable, very professional, quick, and so helpful. She was punctual; we didn’t sit and wait forever. She explained everything she was doing in terms that made sense.
