My therapist Amanda was great. Explained my issues initially and set up an appointment schedule and exercises for home. I saw some benefits. That is when their back office and long appointment lead times seemed more like roadblocks to my recovery. I was told Medicare would not cover additional sessions. This surprised me, and made me mad, as the BCBS plan I have has been very good and seeks to get you a good wellness plan. I called BCBS and they said they would be glad to extend the sessions if I was benefiting.nI then started again. I never went another 12 consecutive sessions again. Between their needing new doctors orders, cancellations, etc. it never worked out. I have had PT for 4 joint replacements and never experienced the lack of knowledge, communication, and BS reasons to not be able to see a patient. I shared this with my doctor and he was surprised at the number of “new orders” they required. Also no record of calls to renew until I would call after being denied services the same day of an appointment. Funny how they can confirm 2 days ahead but cancel the day of.nI did some web looking and read that past employees mentioned bonuses for session renewals. I can only guess, but it all seemed to fall into place after reading some of the comments. My renewals may have been more compensation derived than medically needed.nI will never go back! Good luck Ascension Health. You bought a practice in great need of better management.

They were super nice. And I think they tried, but I’m not sure they’re the most experienced team. I went to them for 3 months and they seem to only aggravate my issues more. Because I was in so much pain some days they would barely do any exercises with me. I was paying more than my rent to get this therapy and to just have someone tell you to walk on a treadmill and breathe is incredibly frustrating. My physical therapist was nice but she mentioned just completely school so I feel like she was in over her head with the severity of my case. I have been in physical therapy before for this issue at another place and it was a much better process. When my condition worsened by primary doctor and my urologist told me to stop after informing them of what my physical therapist was doing and how much pain I was in. My physical therapist hadn’t been keeping them in the loop even though they referred me. On the results wall in their office it has a statement about how you shouldn’t have to live in pain and every time I would come in and see that and pleaded for help and weeks would go back and i was not progressing... I felt like that wasn’t true. I’m beyond discouraged in my process and worse than ever. I did everything they said and I feel like my feedback about my pain was brushed off. I hope my experience is an anomaly but I do feel like they have failed me and from my experience would not recommend.

Jesse is amazing! She has helped me with 2 different pregnancies and made a huge difference. The staff are very nice and do a great job working with your schedule.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Results, nor about my therapist, Jesse Rapp. I visited the Pelvic Health clinic after the birth of my first child, at the recommendation of several friends. After attending PT for only a few weeks, I could see a huge difference in my core strength and after 2 months, I felt like my strength had returned completely. I only wish that more OB's would insist that their postpartum patients see a Pelvic Health Specialist as a standard of care.
