Hubby had 2:00 appointment. It's now 3:00. No explanation. Waiting room is packed. Had to do paperwork that my doctor already sent...staff didn't even check the system to see if they had the records. First visit. If we hadn't driven an hour and a half in the rain to get here I think we'd leave.

I'm been seeing Dr. Harris for 3 years, following a severe alkali burn at work Tomy left eye. He is an amazing Dr, and every single member of his staff, as well as all those assisting him for treating my eye, are very polite and helpful. I couldn't have picked a better atmosphere for this long going process.

Not one person of the three that I dealt with in the back into themselves to me! Just told me to sit down and started doing this and that, asking lots of questions! I then asked if she was the Dr? No..a tech...with no name! When I did finally see the Dr..no introduction...was there for over two hours...most uncomfortable appt I have ever had! I don't even was to get into the reception staff! I will never return!

This place used to be good. Now I can't even get them to answer their flipping phone. Go elsewhere!!!

Dr. Doss was extremely helpful and seems to genuinely care about his patients. The girls made picking out a pair of frames easy and, my glass's showed up when they said they would be there. Don't trust your eye's to those places that offer a free eye exam. Go to the professionals at University Eye Specialists...…….B-)
