Donnie at A1 is great. We originally had an appointment for Monday, but they had an opening so he came on Saturday. He called and said he would be here in 30 minutes and he was on time. He was very knowledgeable about my unit, checked everything out, and replaced and repaired what he needed to. We have an old unit and he didn't try to take my money by selling me a new unit, which I probably will need soon. But he got my unit serviced, explained everything he was doing, and was very professional. I highly recommend Donnie and A1.
Have used this company 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years. Donnie is very knowledgeable, very dependable, and extremely punctual and I will never use anyone else in the near future. He has serviced both my AIr Conditioner and my heat pump. Wish we could clone him so that more people could benefit from his services.
After 3 other bids for a complete system replacement, Donnie was the only one who took the time to determine my AC was NOT working! He ordered the unit we agreed upon and had it Installed in 3 days. Good thing, because the temperature climbed to 88 degrees! And he was the only one who took the time to determine the circuit breaker box was incorrectly rated, and built the cost of the new breaker into his amazing price. Just wish he was a roofer also ud83dude01.nThank you Donnie and Lorie.
Is this company still in business? I have used them a few times in the past and really like their work, but I can not get ahold of them.
This company always contacts me quickly and have never had to wait more than a day for service. This last call, I called at 10:00 pm and he was here the next day by noon. Always professional and friendly. I will not use any other company, ever!!!! If you have American Home Shield request this company to be put in your profile, you will not be sorry as some of the other companies they use will not even contact you and then you have to wait the 72 hours so they can refer someone else. Thanks Donnie for all work hard work and your professionalism!
