This facility needs training in customer service. The individuals that answer the phone when you are trying to make an appointment as a new patient are rude! Both my Wife and Son experienced the same treatment. The last thing people need when they are ill and looking for some answers is to deal with individuals who clearly do not care about your personal well-being and give off the vibe that they hate their job. For what medical care costs in this day and age, you would think they would be happy to take your business. You won’t be getting mine.

Such a joke! Attention HS! No one wants to conduct any medical appointments from their car. What about HIPPA standards and privacy. Horrible customer service. Not even worth 1 star but that was lowest I could go.

Went for DOT physical. Staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend

Can't get ahold of anyone, I live an hour away and I need answers about a medication and no response. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

I would not recommend this facility. They are the farm, you are the cattle. Individual care is not practiced here. ‘Move em in move em out’ style operation. No concerns or considerations are listened to by office staff or the providers.
