Rooms are spacious. The hotel is kind of dirty. The people at desk are rude and seem “ busy” with what, I don’t know. The kitchen breakfast isn’t special and it’s basically outdated. Considering how cheap prices are we thought it would be a lower end hotel so that’s on us. I won’t be going back there.the only reason I came back was the last timenI got a room, it was cleaner and the desk was pleasant. Everything seems to not work properly and like I said before, since the last time we stayed a few weeks ago, it’s like people gave up on maintaining the appearance. Not welcoming and not clean. The place needs some help. I was told they were Low on staff by the desk person? Then don’t have people stay at the hotel. Not happy since the last time we got a room.

Staff has been wonderful! My room is very accommodating, CLEAN, and comfortable. The ocean decor is so fitting, since the beach is less than 5 minutes walk! Extremely grateful to have found this hotel. And the prices cant be beat ☆☆☆☆☆

Always seemed most important to let staff know when and where you park..great right? Returning after 11 pm, our parking space was taken..had to park in garage THEN to find in the morning garage was BLOCKED! LEFT the keys in the room as I did the last time I stayed and found out my card was charged for 20 dollars!nSo..the outside..in the lot..not on Shirley St..was blocked off..outside..by a white car. I was upset because I wanted everything except for gratuities obviously to be paid in advance. Next time I will remember the parking..thank you for your response.

Looks nice at first appearance, but very cheaply updated. There were several safety concerns in our room, and I was with my toddler. One electrical outlet didn't even have a cover plate, the hair dryer cord was dangling right into the sink, the bathroom tile needs replaced, the fan in the bathroom squeals. The fridge was a nice amenity to have.

Enjoyed the private setting of the hotel, Quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Apartment like rooms, great staff who are very kind and helpful. The woman who worked the night shift went out of her way to accommodate us and make our stay very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
