I rent An apartment from property place. This was the 1st time I actually met the folks. They've been my landlords since the 1st of the year and have no complaints. If something needs fixing they jumped right on it. So far so good great people

Mrs. Tia Armstrong was an EXCELLENT agent. She was diligent throughout the process. As a first time homebuyer, I was not sure of all I would be having to do and was worried about this big step. Staff are friendly & take care of my answers & needs. Good company to rent from. Reasonable rates for rent considering the fair market value and the space. Renter for 6 years.
