Absolutely amazing experience. Answered all my questions and was treated very well.nI would highly recommend this practice.nScott is very efficient and works hard to make sure you are comfortable.nHe is very knowledgeable in his area.nMet Dr. Downs today and was very comfortable with him. He gave me some options on treatment for my knee. He is very kind and pleasant.nI see Matt in Fairview and he is top notch. Made an appointment a week or so ago and managed to clear my work schedule for the appointment date. Today they cancel the appointment on me because apparently no one will be available to to x rays at that time. It will be weeks before I can get another day free so I definitely won't take the chance of just being canceled again. Totally unprofessional.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED WHEN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PROVIDED, NOT ONLY THAT BUT QUALITY WORK. THE EXPERIENCE IVE ENCOUNTERED WITH ECR HAS BEEN TOP NOTCH. I HAD NOT ONE COMPLAINT AND MY CAR LOOKS GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE!

The staff at OS are the best. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help however they can with any problem you have. I take all my family to them and will take them nowhere else. I trust them completely. Thank for being there guys.

Terrific doctor! Everyone is amazing, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! Dr. Downs is a thorough physician, the best that I have ever seen for anything and especially for a serious knee issue. He did a great job at explaining my x-ray and MRI, tests and discussed all the potential issues after the surgery. I have great faith in him. WOULD HIGHLY recommend him and his staff!
