This center is the very best!!!! The customer service here is exceptional! They do everything they can to make the process go as fast as they can and they are super friendly!!! I cannot say enough good things about this staff! From the door greeter taking your temp, to the ladies behind the counter, and the driver examiner these people are here to serve you to the best of their abilities and they are very successful at it! It’s definitely worth the drive!!! Thank you to the staff here. Y’all are awesome and we appreciate your hard work, dedication, and your wonderful attitudes!!!

Employees are friendly and patiently answered all my questions, even when I got annoyed with the system. They are organized with getting people screened for COVID and safely into the waiting room, or will have you wait in your car and call you when it's your turn. Heads up: the TN Driver's testing system will boot you out when you miss 7, and does not let you know what you missed. This was my son's third attempt because we don't know what he doesn't know. Time to sign up for a class!

I was needing to transfer my Virginia license over to a Tennessee one and the transition was smooth from beginning to end. The gentleman that assisted me with this process was very helpful and kind.

Best to do an appointment online first - as it makes the process go faster. Due to the virus - they will need to do a check of temp and all before you go in - so show up early. Chairs in the waiting area are limited due to the virus, so plan on possibly standing. Also, don't bring large amounts of cash to pay - as they are limited on change. Also, check online for the documents you need to bring.nThe staff is professional and try to keep the lines moving as quickly as possible. It's a full service driving center - so expect a wait time. It is just one of those places it is what it is. However, being polite, doing appointments online, finding out what documents are needed beforehand and keeping your patience - it is not too painful.

Just moved to Tennessee, made an appointment online, showed up 15 mins prior to my appointment just like the email said to do.nnMy fiancé and I both got our new drivers licenses/ real ID’s and were in and out in about an hour.nnKinda small office, didn’t realize the place you get your license is different than registering your vehicles!nnThat was a bummer but not their fault!
